Cardijn-associated movements in Adelaide will celebrate the YCW centenary with a special Mass followed by lunch on Saturday 20 September 2025.
“Celebrating 100 years since the Young Christian Workers (YCW) movement was formally recognised by Pope Pius XI,” the organisers write, it will be “a unique and wonderful opportunity to celebrate the life and legacy of Joseph Cardijn in Adelaide.”
“We invite all Cardijn-associated movements to join us in celebrating this significant milestone.”
Participants are also invited to “bring along any resources or archives you have from your era of involvement, including photos, documents, reflections etc.”
